What do I need to provide in order to complete a loan application?

The loan application will require answers to basic information about you and your financial history. If you have a co-borrower, you will also need this information about them. We will request your Social Security number, full legal name, birthdate and permission to pull your required credit report (and your co-borrower’s, if you have one).

Common documents Nations Lending will request include a current paystub, W2’s, tax returns, and copies of asset statements such as checking, savings, stocks, bonds, mutual funds or retirement accounts from all borrowers applying for a loan. We will also require a copy of any document or statement that will be utilized to borrow money – like a gift letter or a note forgiving a debt. We will also need a copy of driver license and social security card.
